I have used Jessica to look after my Westie Miley when ever I go out of town. I have traveled a few times for work and pleasure and she is always great with Miley and Miley has no problem going there. Jessica is my dog's favourite person! My two mini dachshunds love being boarded with Jessica and she always accommodates us, even when we book last minute. I love her daily photos, videos, and puppy updates while I'm away from my babies. Her whole family is very nurturing and they love my dogs as much as I do. Jessica has also picked up and dropped off for my convenience, but after drop off my puppies whine at the door because they miss her so much! She goes above and beyond. ~Mosey

We were so lucky to find Jessica to look after our big 2 dogs (Bear and Stevie) over Christmas time. These dogs are part of our family, and we just did not want to put them in a kennel. Jessica took them in and cared for them like they were her own!!! She sent daily videos to us, reassuring that they has settled in with there "new family" for the two weeks we were away. I will describe myself as a finicky customer. I know what I expect and expect to get nothing short of that because I would deliver the same. I have stopped by numerous kennels unannounced and in most cases do not wish to ask a few questions. Many other large kennels, whom are by appointment only, I like to do a face to face question interview and keep contact after just to see if the commitment and care of the firm as a whole is consistent. However, the one thing that I know is when something doesn't feel right it usually never ends up well. Jessica kept in contact with me not forgetting one detail or promise during the recent move she had. We met her at her home, where our fur-baby family would potentially be spending some time. I noticed that her home is meticulously cared for and non-smoking. She would have no other pets in the home to allow for complete accommodation of services without any complications. The services include safety, full contact between the family and Jessica (text, phone calls, pictures), walks, unlimited attention, free range of home, unlimited clean water, allows for direction to keep up with current schedule, and the real love and commitment her small family truly has for the fur-baby family! It's not even a job for her because she loves to do it and this is why we ultimately chose her above all other options. I will be referring Jessica's services and have her cards to hand out. If you are reading this you have stumbled upon your dream dog sitter (or cat). Look no further because Jessica is hands down, the best of the best. We happened to come across Jessica's ad on kijiji (lucky for us) As soon as we read through it we Emailed her right away to see if she had any spots available for our fur baby Nixon, to our delight she did! Jessica goes above and beyond all expectations we ever had, from coming to our home just to meet Nixon, to picking him up to go to her home. It was unbelievable! Then throughout our 22 days of vacation, Jessica sent us daily messages, videos and pictures of Nixon. What he was doing whether it be a nice walk outside, to playing with his girlfriend Miley. To top it all off, we were stranded in Toronto over night due to weather and she automatically offered to keep him with her for an extra night! Upon arrival of Nixon (yes, you read that right, she picked him up and dropped him back home) We were given a day to day Welcome home letter that included what Nixon was up to every single day! Jessica is the walking definition of a person who loves her job, and loves each and every fur baby she cares for, she is phenomenal, you will definitely not be disappointed.
